Please Read Our Returns and Refund Policy Carefully:


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - brand new and unused.

Returned items must include all of the manufacturer’s packaging and must be free of any damage or signs of wear.

Do not return an item using the manufacturer's product box as the shipping package. Items must be returned in brand new condition. Place the return in a separate shipping box to keep it safe during shipment.

To start a return, you can contact us at, providing your Order Number and the Reason for Return. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label which you can print and place on your return package, as well as instructions on how and where to send your return.

Restocking Fees:
For returns properly made within our 30-Day Return Policy, there are no restocking fees.

Returns are Accepted Under the Following Circumstances:
• Wrong Product Was SentIf you discover your order is flawed please contact us by email at with photos of the incorrect product.
Defective or Damaged Item: If an item you receive is defective or damaged, please email us at with photos of the damaged or defective item.
Incorrect Fit: The sizing charts on our website are provided by the product manufacturers. While we find them to be generally reliable, as body shapes vary we are unable to guarantee fit. We are however happy to accept returns for incorrect fit.
Change of Mind: If you receive an item that you "just don't prefer", it is eligible for a return.

Returns that are Not Accepted:
Clearance ItemsClearance Items are "final sale" and are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Tights / Men's Dance Belts: For sanitary reasons, tights and men's dance belts also may not be returned or exchanged.

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return order, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days after we have received your returned item.

If your original order received any special promotions, such as a free item, volume discount, or free shipping, and by making a return the "final" order would not have qualified for the promotion, the benefit originally awarded will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take several days before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

If you would like to exchange an item which is not defective or damaged, contact us at We will provide you with a return shipping label for your original order, and you may then place a new order for the new item you would like to receive.
