When you place an order on our site, your card is debited in U.S. Dollars immediately, and not at the time of shipment.

If you wish to cancel your order and obtain a refund, you may do so by contacting us at any time before your order is shipped.

A refund generally takes 3-5 business days to return to your account. Payment must be made in full before shipment.
